If you are the original non-commercial purchaser and you have given AngleBuddy a fair go by trying the exercises outlined in the instruction booklet and you are not entirely satisfied that AngleBuddy has helped you improve any of your technical playing skills and the product and its accessories are returned to us in as-new condition within 60 days of dispatch from our warehouse then we will refund your purchase price in full.
You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 30 days of your receipt of the product or 45 days from the date it was originally dispatched, whichever is earlier.

We must receive the product no later than 15 days from the date you were issued with an RAN.

Returns must be freight pre-paid door-to-door delivery to our warehouse.

Returns made that do not have an accompanying RAN will be returned to sender.

You must include a copy of the original receipt of your purchase of the product from an Authorised Dealer, or a copy of your web or fax sales receipt and a completed and signed original Warranty / Guarantee Card.

Goods received that are not in 100% as-new condition may be subject to a restocking fee as calculated by us at the time of inspection after receipt. Any restocking fees will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

The purchase price, less any re-stocking fee if applicable, will be refunded to you via the method you originally paid for the product wherever possible. If for some reason we cannot refund you via the original payment method, e.g. your credit card or bank account has been suspended, we will contact you to make other arrangements. In any case we will verify your refund via email or fax.

We will make good by repair or, at our option by the supply of a replacement, defects which under proper use appear in the goods within the periods specified at A or B below after the goods have been dispatched and arise solely from faulty workmanship or materials supplied by us, PROVIDED always that the defective parts are returned by you free to our Warehouse unless otherwise arranged. The repaired or new parts will be delivered by us free of charge to the point at which delivery was originally specified for the goods. Our warranty will not apply to any defect which arises by excessive wear, misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by Keating Q sports Pty. Ltd.
A. Consumer warranty – 12 calendar months

Except as specifically provided in these Conditions, there are no other conditions or warranties expressed or implied provided however, that nothing in the conditions shall restrict, exclude or modify any condition or warranty implied by any legislation which both implies conditions or warranties and provides that such conditions or warranties may not be excluded where and to the extent that such legislation is applicable.
